Why Beyond-HS?
I am a professionally trained videographer using professional equipment. I played soccer as a child and
young adult. I am a licensed referee, and have 3 boys in highly competitive soccer ( oldest plays D1 soccer). I
tape at an elevated level. My competitors often hire from craigslist. If you don't know soccer you should
not be taping soccer. Many of my competitors not only hire inexperienced videographers but they use
consumer level HD cameras. Soccer is fast moving you need a professional 3CCD processor to capture the
game.
My competitors may offer a lower price and then surprise...a large fee to duplicate the game on to additional
DVDS. Or a hard sell on a recruiting service. My fee includes the copyright release. When you buy one of
my games you can make as many copies as you like. My goal is to get the tape in as many college coaches
hands, not to take more money from the parents. I promise to never try to sell you anything.
I have seen competitors that don't even provide a DVD, they expect you to be a computer pro and download
from quicktime or vimeo. I know how busy parents are that is why my DVD are sent via priority USPS ready
to view andmost important ready to send to college coaches.
One of my biggest selling points is that my game tape is not raw footage. If you are looking for a game tape
always ask the question, if it is just a raw footage dump? I have college coaches that call me looking for my
film all the time. WHY? Because my games are edited. All down time is removed. We have all been there,
you are at the game and one team is hell bent on unlimited substitutions or a teams' defense prowness is
kicking the ball out of bounds. Coaches don't have time for this. When they watch my games the down time
is taken out. Another fun fact of unedited tape. Parents get caught on film. Even the nicest parents have
been caught saying something negative. I won't let that get out of my production studio. I have had
opposing teams come and stand by my lift and insult the team being filmed. With other companies you
would have to listen to that as well as college coaches hearing it too. Not with me it is taken off the
soundtrack.
I provide your team with 2 extra copies (20 total) of the game so your coaches can get free game tape for
review and team development.
When college coaches call me, I send game tape out for free.
When referees ask - I provide free tape. It is important that the game grows and this is just a small thing
that I can do to help.
So what am I charging for this level of service?
Just $270 a game. That means everyone on the
team will get a reproducible dvd with custom label/
case with artwork specific to the team for just $15 a
player.
